Usage, billing and terms.

How the wallet works.

We do not give a free cash credit. Plans include the fixed quantities shown on the plan.

1. Included allowances reset each billing month.
2. Unused allowances do not roll over and have no cash value.
3. Additional usage is prepaid by top-up, or charged pay-as-used where you have authorised it.
4. Usage alerts are issued at approximately 80% and at exhaustion, where technically supported.
5. You can request a monthly spend control or a hard stop, where technically supported.
6. Automatic top-up is optional and must be authorised by you.
7. Purchased wallet credit is non-refundable, except for an identified billing error or where the law requires otherwise.
8. Third-party price changes can change the retail rate after appropriate notice.
9. Account suspension or provider rejection does not create a right to use communications unlawfully or without verification.

The overage card.

A segment is not a message. One SMS segment is 160 plain characters, and a single emoji reduces that to 70. Our own account averages 2.4 segments per message, so budget roughly 19p for a typical text. It is the single biggest cause of an unexpected bill.

An AI call is still a phone call. Where AI is unlimited on your plan, the AI itself is included — the telephone minutes carrying it are not.

The summary, in plain English.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless your order says otherwise.
• Implementation is paid before work starts and becomes non-refundable once discovery or configuration begins, subject to law and your signed agreement.
• Usage and top-ups are separate from the platform subscription.
• Plan upgrades can take effect immediately; downgrades normally take effect at renewal.
• A plan change can remove fixed supplier subscriptions or reduce allowances.
• Cancellation, data export, retention and offboarding follow your signed agreement.
• Late payment may lead to restriction or suspension after appropriate notice.
• Third-party outages, verification and policy decisions can affect service availability.
• Current prices do not include VAT because we are not currently VAT registered. If that changes, legally applicable VAT will be handled prospectively with appropriate notice.
• Advertising spend, domains, licences, talent, travel and other stated third-party expenditure are paid separately.
• No plan guarantees leads, sales, rankings, revenue, platform approval or uninterrupted third-party service.
