1. Who we are

Autonomous AI Ltd ("we", "us") is registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17102156), Hornchurch, England. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our own marketing, and a data processor for personal data our clients hold in the platform. Contact: info@autonomousai.systems.

2. What we collect and why

  • Enquiry and demo requests: name, email, phone, industry and your message — to respond to you (legitimate interest / steps prior to contract).
  • Newsletter: email address — with your consent, withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.
  • Job applications: name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, CV/attachment and your message — to assess suitability and run recruitment (legitimate interest / steps prior to contract).
  • Client account data: billing details and platform configuration — to perform our contract with you.
  • Website analytics: anonymised usage data — with your consent where required (see Cookies).

3. Client data in the platform

When clients use our platform to store contacts, run messaging or take bookings, the client is the controller of that data and we act as processor under a Data Processing Agreement. Marketing messages (SMS, email, WhatsApp) sent through the platform require the recipient's prior consent under UK GDPR and PECR; consent capture and automatic opt-out handling are built into our forms and flows.

4. Sharing and sub-processors

We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, telephony, messaging, payments and AI processing. We do not sell personal data. Special-category data (for example health information held by clinic clients) is never synchronised to advertising-platform audiences.

5. International transfers

Where sub-processors are outside the UK, transfers rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement/Addendum with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from last contact; job application data is retained for up to 12 months unless you agree to a longer talent-pool period; client account data for the duration of the contract plus statutory retention periods (6 years for billing records); newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@autonomousai.systems. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

This website uses only strictly-necessary cookies (for example, to keep the site working). We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is shown. If that ever changes, we will add a proper consent banner and update this policy first.
